Episode 9: How to Be Grateful?

Episode 9: Gratefulness is a reflection from your heart.  Take some time to reflect on what events in your life you are thankful for.  What have you done to touch others' lives, as well.

Pause and reflect on gratitude amongst our busy lives, by finding time to slow down, and embracing the present moment.

When you take time for yourself to think on what to be grateful for, make it a part of you (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly), to reflect on your life, because you matter.
